“Beauty and Desire” is a series in which I delve into previous works (Eros, Shapes) about eroticism, finding inspiration by courtesan paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries, romanticism and neoclassicism, and in topics such as Greek mythology.

This search explores the edge that tensions the erotic in pornography, which crosses our lives on social media and interpersonal communications, as philosopher Byung Chul Han points out in “The Agony of Eros”.
