“Chilean Food” is a project developed in collaboration with Chef Joel Solorza in which we explored Chile’s gastronomic catalogue according to regional food. In the case of these photographic records, we present a complete meal (starter, soup, main course, and dessert) from the dry mountain range of Central Chile.
