The image does not happen:
I construct it.
Each photograph is a conscious
decision of light and form.

I work from rigor and care.
Standard is not a technical demand,it is an
ethic of the gaze.

Photography does not
end with the click,
it begins in production
and extends into post-production
where the image
finds its language.

This is my principle:
to make photography
a place of awareness
… of being present.
